Mind8 GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Stuttgart, was founded at the end of 2000. Since the beginning of 2004, Mind8 has collaborated with the company Eplan Software & Service and since 2007 has been member of the Friedhelm Loh Group, a corporate association with over 11,500 employees worldwide.

Mind8 advises its customers individually in structuring and streamlining grown product ranges and in defining a platform-based product portfolio. Mechatronic variant management by Mind8 not only therefore reduces the complexity of the products, but also the complexity of internal processes. The success of the integrated Mind8 solutions is based on the combination of longstanding experience in the areas of modularization, reusability and mechatronics in machine and plant engineering as well as in-depth knowledge of customary IT systems and their strengths and weaknesses.
